Fantastic staff and delicious food.

I recently stayed at Knott's and was impressed by the friendly staff. Every encounter was pleasant and welcoming. The location, so close to the park, made our trip super convenient. The room was decent with comfy pillows and the beds were fairly clean. However, the hotel is a bit dated. It could really use some upgrades. I noticed odd smells in the hallways and the shower drain was slow. Parking came with a fee, and this was unexpected, adding to our expenses. During my stay, the pool area could have used better access to refreshments. We had to go inside for drinks, which was inconvenient when relaxing by the pool. Overall, I enjoyed my time but think there are some areas to improve.

Nice location near the park. Rooms need better soundproofing. could hear neighbors and hallway noise all night. Food at the hotel restaurant was solid with friendly staff.
